Subject: Fluorotechnics receives a $100,000 New South Wales Government Grant

Fluorotechnics was last week awarded the maximum possible grant of $100,000 under the New South Wales Government’s Proof of Concept Grant Scheme.

The grant was awarded to assist with the production and scale up of Beljian Red – a new family of fluorescent labels with wide applications in biotechnology.

The Proof of Concept Grant is a key initiative arising from the New South Wales Government BioFirst Strategy.

This grant will greatly assist the company in achieving its aims of generating export sales and creating Australian employment.
