Active Motif

Fluorotechnics has entered into a non-exclusive global sales, marketing and distribution agreement with Active Motif ( www.activemotif.com ) for the sale of LavaCell Live Cell Imaging Stain.

GE Healthcare

Fluorotechnics has a non-exclusive, global distribution agreement with GE Healthcare ( www.gehealthcare.com ) for the sale of our 1D and 2D protein gel and blot stain product. GE Healthcare will be selling and distributing this product as Deep Purple Total Protein Stain.

Sigma Aldrich

Fluorotechnics has entered into an exclusive, global distribution with Sigma Aldrich ( www.sigmaaldrich.com ) for sale of our protein quantification kit. SIGMA ALDRICH will be exclusively selling and distributing our protein quantification kit as FluoroProfile Protein Quantification Kit.

Macquarie University

Fluorotechnics has a strategic alliance with the University which supports the discovery, development and commercialization of new fluorescent compounds for us in the area of analytical biotechnology.

Macquarie University and FLUOROtechnics have a long term agreement allowing the Company to operate from the laboratory facilities within the North Ryde campus.

Australian Proteome Analysis Facility

The Australian Proteome Analysis Facility (APAF) was established in 1995 under the Australian Government's Major National Research Facility program, and was the first dedicated proteome centre established in the world.

APAF is dedicated to working together with international, national and local pharmaceutical, biotechnology, agricultural and academic bodies with the aim of using new technologies to aid in the discovery of therapeutic, diagnostic and quality markers for these industries.

APAF, situated at Macquarie University, has staff with expertise in high sensitivity, rapid throughput protein analysis, supported by the most modern equipment, enabling all aspects of proteome analysis to take place within one facility. APAF conducts collaborative or contract research in conjunction with Australian and international organisations with interests in medical, veterinary or agricultural biotechnology.

APAF act as a beta test site for Fluorotechnics products.

Australian Technology Showcase

Fluorotechnics is proud to be a member of the select group of Australian companies who are featured in Australian Technology Showcase (ATS). ATS promotes Australian Industry by drawing international attention to innovative Australian technologies.

Independent experts from the NSW Innovation Council, a ministerial advisory body on technology and Innovation, judge applications for membership of ATS. ATS members participate in a range of promotional activities and are registered on the ATS website.
